• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) without permanently closing it.

Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. acy365 shall not be liable for any loss — including potential betting opportunities — resulting from Platform downtime or reduced functionality during such periods.

acy365's total liability to a player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Players may close their acy365 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.

acy365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
